Bootcamp
The (3F) Fully Focused Fitcamp has become one of the most notable Bootcamps on the Philadelphia fitness scene. This fun yet challenging, community building workout pushes you beyond your limitations. The Fully Focused Fitcamp is a high energy environment that tests your mettle while offering encouragement from people going through it with you. Virtual
3F Training hosts virtual training sessions via Zoom in the convenience of your living room. These incorporate total body, strength, plyometric, and core stability training. These classes can be picked as ala carte or package weekly or monthly. These classes are challenging and interactive as your trainer will be looking at and offering feedback and corrections throughout the session.
